Ingredients list

Green chillies: 4
Rava: 100g
Salt as per taste
Mustard seeds: 10g
Jeera: 10g
Cashew nuts: 15g
Urad dal: 10g
Chana dal: 10g
Curry leaves: 6-8
Olive oil: 2 tsp


Step 1 :

Pour oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds, chana dal, cashew nuts, curry leaves and saute for a minute or two.

Step 2 :

Now add the rava, and all the remaining ingredients and stir fry together.

Step 3 :

Stop cooking the upma after two-three minutes. Your dry upma mix is now ready. Just add a cup of hot water to UR upma mix and your good to go.

Note: You can easily store this dry upma mixture up to one month.
