Health Score Calculation
For health score we calculate the risk of both HRA and Engagement.
- HRA = 70%
- Engagement = 30%
1) In HRA: 70 of below
All the 5 risk factors are considered and as per the risk the score is being calculated using the below logic:
- Diabetes Risk
- Sleep Risk
- Nutrition Risk
- Physical Activity Risk
- Stress risk
- For No Risk the score is 20
- For Low risk the score is 15
- For Moderate risk the score is 10
- For High risk the score is 5
- For No data the score will be 0(in any case)
After calculating the score for all the 5 risks 70% of the total score is taken into consideration from overall score received.
2) Engagement - 30%
Similarly for Engagement we have different categories like steps, calories burnt, water intake , sleep , content, food logging etc.
For Steps:
Last 7 days average steps is calculated.
- For No Risk the score is 20
- For Low risk the score is 15
- For Moderate risk the score is 10
- For High risk the score is 5
- For No data the score will be 0 (in any case)
After calculating the score for all the 5 risks 70% of the total score is taken into consideration from overall score received.
For Calories Burnt:
Last 7 days average is calculated with the score of 5. With below logic.
- Greater than or equal to 2500 is scored 5
- Greater than or equal to 2000 and less than 2500 is scored 4
- Greater than or equal to 1500 and less than 2000 is scored 3
- Greater than or equal to 1000 and less than 1500 is scored 2
- Greater than or equal to 500 and less than 1000 is scored 1
Men
2000 to 3000
- Greater than or equal to 2000 is scored 5
- Greater than or equal to 1600 and less than 2000 is scored 4
- Greater than or equal to 1200 and less than 1600 is scored 3
- Greater than or equal to 800 and less than 1200 is scored 2
- Greater than or equal to 400 and less than 800 is scored 1
Women
1600 to 2400
After taking the average calories burnt for last 7 days if it falls under the above category then the related score is calculated.
For Water Intake:
Last 7 days average of 2 litres is calculated with the score of 5. With below logic.
- Greater than or equal to 2000ML is scored 5
- Greater than or equal to 1500 and less than 2000 is scored 4
- Greater than or equal to 1000 and less than 1500 is scored 3
- Greater than or equal to 500 and less than 1000 is scored 2
- Less than 500 is scored 1
After taking the average water intake for last 7 days if it falls under the above category then the related score is calculated.
For Sleep:
- Greater than or equal to 9Hrs is scored 3
- Greater than or equal to 7Hrs and less than 9Hrs is scored 5
- Greater than or equal to 6 and less than 7Hrs is scored 4
- Greater than or equal to 5 and less than 6Hrs is scored 3
- Greater than or equal to 4 and less than 5Hrs is scored 2
- Less than 4Hrs is scored 1
After taking the average sleep for last 7 days if it falls under the above category then the related score is calculated.
For Content:
- Last 7 days count is considered
- Greater than or equal to 8 articles/recipes/videos is scored 5
- 7 articles/recipes/videos is scored 4
- 5 or 6 articles/recipes/videos is scored 3
- 3 or 4 articles/recipes/videos is scored 2
- 1 or 2 articles/recipes/videos is scored 1
After taking the average content data for last 7 days if it falls under the above category then the related score is calculated.
For Food logging
Last 7 days average calories intake compared with ideal calories(recent height and weight of calorie counter) intake)
- Ideal calories - 2000
- Plus or Minus 10% (1800 to 2200) is scored 5
- Plus or Minus greater than 10 to 20% (1600 to 1800 or 2200 to 2400) is scored 4
- Plus or Minus greater than 20 to 30% (1400 to 1600 or 2400 to 2600) is scored 3
- Plus or Minus greater than 30 to 40% (1200 to 1400 or 2600 to 2800) is scored 2
- Plus or Minus greater than 40 to 50% (1000 to 1200 or 2800 to 3000) is scored 1
- No data or beyond above range is scored 0
After taking the average food logging for last 7 days if it falls under the above category then the related score is calculated.
