Ingredients list

  • Onions: ½ cup
  • Garlic cloves: 2
  • Olive oil: 1tbsp
  • Mustard leaves: 1 cup
  • Vegetable broth: 3tbsp
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper
  • Sesame oil: 2tbsp

Preparation


Step 1 :

In a pan add olive oil and saute onion and garlic.

Step 2 :

Add the broth and mustard leaves and wait until the leaves are wilted.

Step 3 :

Add sesame oil, salt and pepper.

Step 4:

Toss the salad well and serve.

Have this salad as an evening snack or as a side dish.
