Ingredients list

  • Vegetable stock: 4 cups
  • Finely chopped onions: 2tbsp
  • Lemon juice: 2tbsp or according to taste
  • Chilli sauce: 2tsp or according to taste
  • Salt: according to taste
  • Powdered black pepper: 1tsp
  • Coriander: 1 cup
  • Water: 2 cups


Step 1 :

Add chopped onions, lemon juice, salt, half of the coriander leaves and black pepper to a pot of water.

Step 2 :

Bring to a boil and let it simmer for a minute.

Step 3 :

Add 4 cups of vegetable stock and then add onions, carrots, garlic, mushrooms, tomatoes and peppercorns in the boiling water. Let everything boil for 15-20 minutes.

Step 4:

Sieve the soup and garnish with the remaining coriander leaves. Serve hot for lunch or dinner.
