Homemade nutella: 60g
Seedless dates: 55g
Chopped hazelnuts: 35g
Puffed Rice (Kurmura): 10g

Step 1 :
Preheat the oven to 180C. Peel the bananas, put them into a bowl and mash. Add nutella and whisk, until the mixture is smooth....
Step 2 :
Put seedless dates and hazelnuts in a food processor, and grind them finely into crumbs. Transfer the crumbs into a bowl and mix in the puffed rice, oats and salt.
Step 3 :
Add the banana and nutella mixture and stir, till it is evenly combined. Spoon the batter into an 8-inch square baking pan lined with butter paper. Press the batter down firmly and evenly in the baking pan.
Place the baking pan in the centre of the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Let the baked chewy banana cool down for sometime before you slice them into even bars. Store them in an air-tight container.
