Step 1:
Make sure your hands are always clean and sanitised before cooking. Add jaggery, cinnamon and oil in a mixing bowl. Mix everything well and now slowly add-in the almond flour.
Step 2:
If the cookie batter starts to crumble, add-in one tbsp of hot water to bind the mixture together and to make the cookie paste.
Step 3:
Take two spoons for scoping and placing the cookie paste on the baking tray.
Step 4:
Place the baking tray in the oven for 160C for fifteen minutes. Your cookies are now ready to be served.
