Ingredients list

Green gram sprouts/ alfalfa sprouts: 1 cup
Bell pepper of different colors: 1/2 cup
Mixed fruits: 1/2 cup
Olive oil: 2 tbsp
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper

For garnish:
Basil: 5 – 6 leaves
Coriander: 3 – 4 stalks
Mint: 5 – 6 leaves
Micro herbs: 5 – 10

Preparation


Step 1 :

Add all the ingredients to a salad bowl

Step 2 :

Mix them well and season the salad with olive oil, slat and pepper.

Step 3 :

Garnish UR salad accordingly and serve in a bowl and enjoy!
