Ingredients list

Chia seeds: 2 tablespoons
Coconut milk: ¼ cup
Water: 1 cup
Strawberries: ½ cup
Pumpkin seeds: 2 tablespoons
Coconut scrapings: for garnish


Step 1 :

Soak the chia seeds in water for 15 minutes.

Step 2 :

In a serving glass, add coconut milk and soaked chia seeds.

Step 3 :

Slice the strawberries and add them to the glass as the top layer to the coconut milk.

Step 4:

Garnish it with pumpkin seeds and coconut scrapings. Serve chill and enjoy!
