Even the most disciplined person’s workout regimen can get disturbed while on vacation. Your efforts needn’t be thrown off balance completely! Whether you’re staying in a hotel, with your family or going off on a road trip – there are many ways for you to do your daily exercise.
One question I get asked a lot is – how we can manage to stay fit while on a vacation? I only have one simple answer – carry UR gym wherever you go! The ‘gym’ doesn’t have to be equipment or machines. It can just be resistant bands, a jump rope, your shoes; a mat – as simple as that. Even if you can’t even carry any of these things, you’re body weight is more than enough for you to get a great workout session.
Some other ideas to work out while you’re on a vacation include doing something very outdoorsy. You can run on the beach or play a sport with UR friends. Just be on the beach and play football, volleyball or just about anything! Try and pick a sport if you’re not someone who likes to do a workout. You can even try functional training. I love it so much because you need nothing but just UR bodyweight! Ideally, it’s good to try to plan a workout with a good mixture of strength, core and cardio.
