


Fitness doesn’t need to be lengthy and boring; U can make it quick and fun! Today, I will show U how to activate UR feet muscles and find relief from pain in the glutes.
Here’s what U need to do:
A simple exercise can have profound effects on UR body.
Given the current lifestyle we follow, we don’t use some muscles actively on a regular basis. For example– our glutes!
Activating the leg and thigh muscles from time-to-time will keep U from developing pain in the glutes.
If someone has been sitting for long hours, their quads (the thigh muscles, the buttock muscles and the hamstrings) become stiffened. They lose their mobility and the individual experiences pain.
But, it’s not the same with UR hands or fingertips. These body parts have nerve-endings. Even though they are unlike big muscles, they perform precise & complex functions like writing, typing, cooking, or unlocking a door.
U cannot do these functions with UR feet. While we perform activities like walking and running, we don’t use the feet muscles as much as we use our hand muscles.
During this exercise, when we close our eyes, our entire focus should be on the space between the floor and our feet. So, this way we will be able to distribute our weight throughout the feet, activating all the muscles in every corner of our legs.
