Is exercise a part of UR daily routine? If no, then it’s time U get started! Exercise is the care and maintenance U give UR body, alongside sleep and nourishment. It helps U stay fit and helps UR body serve U for a longer time. Today, we will learn about the importance of exercise for our body. We will also learn about the different aspects of exercise.

How would you say one should take care of their body?

In general, we take our body very lightly. We don’t give the respect the body demands. Just think of UR body as an expensive thing that U buy from a store. U don’t treat it casually; U take good care of it by cleaning it. But when it comes to UR own body, why do you treat it casually?

How would you say one should take care of their body?

In general, we take our body very lightly. We don’t give the respect the body demands. Just think of UR body as an expensive thing that U buy from a store. U don’t treat it casually; U take good care of it by cleaning it. But when it comes to UR own body, why do you treat it casually?

Currently, we R all in a race; everybody wants productivity, everybody wants to do more. But, nobody thinks of how long U can do it. Suppose, U make 1 Lakh a month and U are alive for 20 years or U make 80,000 a month and U are happy and U work for that for 50 years, which is better? So, nobody talks about longevity.

What are the workouts U would suggest? Is it always important to workout at a gym or doing home exercises?

Basically, our human body needs attention. Every day, workout, yoga or any form of activity is the time U give for UR body; it is the respect U give for UR body. So, no matter what U do, weight training, yoga or cardio, U need to do something. U need to get URself moving, that is UR starting point. Then, making it a routine is more important.

It’s good to exercise and always stay active but it’s also important to know UR limits. Listen to UR body!

How much workout is too much workout?

When we see people undergo a big transformation in 3-4 months, we get motivated. But, I didn’t see my transformation in 3-6 months and neither did U; even though, you’ve been working out for so long. Suppose, we need UR body to show some results, then we overemphasize on what we’re doing. But it is important to not overdo it. Once U spend too much time in the gym, UR body will tell U. UR body undergoes a lot of stress when U workout for 3-4 hours. Post the workout results, U have to spend time on helping UR body recover. That’s when U need to take a break from UR diet and workout. Then UR body will recover.

We think of the body but nobody talks about what the mind is undergoing. There’s a lot of stress which U give UR body, which affects UR mind. If U don’t get the results, then U start feeling depressed that UR body is not showing results. Brining in workout every single day, feeling happy about it, respecting UR body, loving it and being patient with URself is very important. It’s not going to happen overnight because it’s a lifestyle.

Each part of UR routine, will impact UR lifestyle. For example, everybody wakes up and goes to brush, then U start UR day. So, why not workout, then brush and then start UR day. This way, it becomes a lot easier. So, if U R taking out time for a gym in a very busy schedule, that is fine. But U R not making it a lifestyle. So U have to hit gym no matter what. Whatever gives U the strength position, wherever U R. Even if U are with a trainer or without, U just need to perform UR type. What U are doing is not important, whether U R doing or not is important and what form U R doing is also important.

If U don’t have a trainer, then do a casual thing that U can do on UR own. Many people skip the gym, because the trainer is not available. Excuses don’t burn calories.

So, find UR type of workout, be comfortable in doing it and give UR body the care it deserves.
